Pottery Mark Query - W with V intertwined on cat with moustache

Hi Pat

My knowledge is sadly lacking on this one, I'm afraid. However, my bet is there will come along, like magic, some clever person who really knows this mark.

They will be googling away, possibly a collector of these items, and will spot your plea on the Google listing and be kind enough to share their inside information.

You wait, I bet I am right. Thanks in advance to that wonderful person!

Regards

Hi
Your cat looks like a pair I have, and I think it may be made by Jorge Wilmot, who was a mexican ceramics artist.

I came here looking for an answer to the same question!
From my research, it looks a lot like Tonala, but, I have yet to see this mark attributed to Tonala.
I have found nothing new besides what has already been mentioned here. I wondered if you ever found out anything for sure?
Thanks!
